Working as a physiotherapist for more than 13 years, I began specialising in Neurology early in my career. I’m experienced at treating many conditions including stroke, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, acquired and traumatic brain and spinal cord injury.

Alongside my work with PWYA, I work as a senior neuro-physiotherapist in the NHS, specialising in community stroke rehabilitation. During my career, I have worked at both Nottingham and Leicester University hospitals.

I find neurophysiotherapy very interesting and enjoy the challenge of working with people to gain their optimal recovery.

Qualifying from the University of Birmingham with a Physiotherapy (BSc) in 2007, I have continued to enhance my skills through working with the PWYA team and attending courses including basic Bobath and a masters module in advancing neuro therapy skills at Sheffield Hallam University.

Outside of work I enjoy watching and playing all kinds of different sports, especially outdoors.
